ifilm English to start airing new series ‘The Cherry Garden’

Iranian series ‘The Cherry Garden’ has been scheduled to be on the channel’s playlist, ifilm English website has reported.

Airing of the series, produced and directed by Majid Beheshti, is to be started from November 29, 2017.

The series tells the story of two brothers. Mohsen and Amir, who have inherited a valuable cherry garden following the death of their father.

The brothers, who once had full respect for one another, get caught up in a family feud when they cannot agree on what to do with the garden.

Among the cast list are Abdorreza Akbari, Danial Hakimi, Nikou Kheradmand, Fakhri Khorvash, Esmaeel Davarfar, Pourandokht Mohaymen, Jalil Farjad, Mehran Modiri, Jamshid Mashayekhi, Biouk Mirzaei, Mehri Vedadian, and Mahboubeh Moqbeli.

‘The Cherry Garden’, produced in 1993, is to replace the series ‘Cyber’ to be broadcast at 19:00 GMT.

ifilm English will also repeat each episode of the series the following day at 03:00, 08:00 and 14:00. ‘A Fist Full of Eagle Feathers’ is comprised of 13 segments.
